Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by stress in your daily life? If so, you’re certainly not alone. Most of us struggle with it and most of us are also told we need to do a better job of managing it. Perhaps you’ve tried a laundry list of different strategies, but feel like you haven’t made much progress. Or maybe you just don’t even know where to start. Isn’t it ironic that we can get so stressed out about trying to avoid stress?

It’s time to look at your circumstances from a different perspective!

Join UC-Davis certified life coach, Becky Lindstrom, for this fascinating (and surprising) exploration of your body and mind, and learn about some new research-based perspectives that will revolutionize the way you view stress. Imagine what it would be like to not just cope with your stress, but grow from the challenges you face as you learn how to reduce it. Come find out how to make this possibility a reality!

DETAILS: This class will take place following the Sunday service at First Unitarian Church. It is open to the general public and will be offered on an anonymous love donation basis (suggested $10-20/person). Donations will be collected in a basket at the back of the classroom. No one will be turned away. 25% of the proceeds will be donated back to the church. Feel free to bring a sack lunch to eat during class. For additional details, please email becky@everpresentlife.com.
