Rent Space at UUSB
Looking for a flexible, welcoming space for your next event or event series? Our building offers a variety of adaptable rooms suited for everything from community meetings to weddings, memorial services, and celebrations of life.
As a Unitarian Universalist congregation, we center values like justice, equity, pluralism, and love in all that we do. We welcome events that align with this spirit and contribute to a respectful, inclusive community.
Our spaces can be arranged to fit your needs, whether you’re hosting a small gathering or a larger event. From intimate meetings in our conference room to larger services in our sanctuary, we aim to provide a setting that feels both functional and meaningful.

Cost
Fees apply for private events or those not sponsored by UUSB and are set by the Board of Trustees.
- Members receive a 50% discount on all room rental fees
- Events serving alcohol require
- Liquor liability insurance (fee applied)
- $200 refundable damage deposit.

Fill out our Building Use Request Application form online (recommended), or downloading the pdf application and return it to the office – office@firstunitarian.us
We’ll follow up
Our office will review your request and confirm availability. Some events may require additional approval.
