Our upcoming show, “A Brush with Color: Lessons Learned,” includes watercolors by Saint Mary’s College professor and St. Joe Valley Watercolor Society artist, Nancy Turner, and her mother, Mary Kay D’Isa. Mary Kay, who passed away in May of 2019, was a lifelong artist and art teacher in Ohio before moving to Mishawaka in 2014. Nancy continues to be inspired as an artist by her mother’s paintings; she is honored to have the opportunity for this shared exhibition and tribute. The opening reception will be held on Sunday, December 15, from 11:30 – 1:30 and the show will be up until mid-March.
