At our annual meeting in May of this year, the board proposed that the passing of the budget would entail forming a special taskforce. The goal of this taskforce is threefold: To Increase Revenue, Engage our current Members and Friends, and Engage with the Community. On June 28th, the taskforce met for the first time.

This meeting centered on brainstorming specific actions we could pursue under each of the three taskforce goals. This was a hybrid meeting held in the sanctuary due to the large number of in-person attendees.

Below you will find the recording of the meeting, a picture of the completed whiteboard that was filled throughout, and a copy of the chat on Zoom. As agreed at this meeting, this information was re-written on large sheets of paper so that further ideas can be gathered from folks during the next Sunday Services.

The next taskforce meeting will focus on fleshing out these ideas. The date for the next meeting is yet to be determined.
