Misty-Dawn Shelley and the Ft. Wayne UU congregation. Wear your favorite color of the rainbow to show support! As the As the COVID levels allow, we’ll still have social time to hang out afterward.

Rev. Shelly will lead worship, which will include creating a blessing ribbon as part of the Pride Blessing Arch which will be part of UU Fort Wayne’s presence at Fort Wayne Pride on July 23rd. Her homily, “Queering Our Welcome” will explore the ways welcoming practices as part of hospitality and inclusion are evolving.

If you are zooming from the physical location of First Unitarian in South Bend. There will be an envelope of supplies to participate in the ritual. 

If you are zooming from home, please take time this week to have ready for Sunday, a marker, and a colorful piece of ribbon, no shorter than 14in. long, and wide enough to write/draw on. This is a great service for all ages.
