Raising children who will grow up to resist oppression and injustice begins with teaching them to trust their own feelings and supporting them as they set and hold boundaries. On this Mother’s Day, we will delve into the work of psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy, whose approach to parenting begins with the assumption that we are all good inside, and explore how that approach to parenting complements our UU values.
