The food drive for Broadway Christian Parish was a huge success.  Our church is full of generous people and Ronda Hughes of the Broadway Christian Parish was grateful for our efforts.  We had over 500 food items donated and at least 50 items of clothing and toiletries.  Interesting items that were donated included 25 cans of chicken noodle soup, a new pair of New Balance running shoes and five Aldi gift cards. 

A big thank you to the drivers, Erv and Peg Faulmann, Eric Morgan, Mary Hagen and her brother, Jim Curlee, Susan Van Fleit, Anne Mannix & Rich Williams, Gary Metzler and Wendy Lohman, Melanie Smith Guillaume and Kathy Platt and to EVERYONE that donated food.  Eric Morgan was the driver of the month with over 100 food items.  Barb Carmichael and Lynn McDonald collected food from their neighbors.  Please contact the office or Anne Mannix if you want to participate the next time we do this.
