This lay-led service will feature Kraig Beyerlein, a sociologist from Notre Dame, discussing how community and faith groups – including our fellow UUs in Tucson – are coming together to end the suffering and deaths of migrants crossing along the México/U.S. border through the dangerous desert areas in Southern Arizona. A tangible example of UU principles at work, No Más Muertes/No More Deaths has much to teach us about the power of working with others in our community to build a better world.
