Samhain Ghost Supper Sunday 10/30

On the Pagan Wheel of the Year, Samhain (pronounced sow’en) is the time when the
veil between the living and the dead is at its thinnest. We will celebrate those who have passed with a Silent Supper at the church on Sunday, October 30 at 5:30 pm. Will someone you remember join you at the table? It’s a potluck, and most will bring a dish that a loved one enjoyed. During our meal, we are silent as we contemplate our
departed loved ones and perhaps ask them to join us in spirit at the table. Bring pictures or amulets to honor the departed. Children who can sit quietly for about 45 minutes in a candlelit room are welcome. Sponsored by SPIRAL: Supporting Pagans In Ritual And Life.
